I see a pot on there, what kind of a control system are you using, PID? I saw the video and the steering looks pretty smooth so good job there.

It takes about a half of second to go from one side to the other completely, we are using an x-box 360 controller setup (forward backward on one analog stick = motor control, right left on other analog stick = steering, and when you hold the left trigger down, the right left turns into right left crab steer, rather then the wheels moving opposite for 45 degree turn.... They were bought from HPI, and were created for a 1/4 scale RC baja car... In Northville, we are really into the nitro car thing... it is a fun hobby / fun way to spend small job money
