This is 1565's final robot design. Her name is Twitch, and she sports the fabulous Linkage drive system, that is taking the world by storm lol

See her tests at http://youtube.com/watch?v=f6PKY8SyvDM

Is there a centered, non-omni wheel that just isn't visible, or are all your wheels omni

All their wheels are omni. They rotate the wheels 90 degrees to go another direction.

I was originally skeptical of the usefulness and effectiveness of that excellent drive train but you've proved me wrong. Also I noticed that this was very well built because in all of waterloo it seemed as if it was running at full capacity. Also kudos to your drivers for handling it so well.

Well thank you (I am one of the drivers). We only had one major problem, when the outside frame shifted and jammed one of the wheels. This resulted in one of the bars looking very S-shaped when it got back to the pit. Thankfully, the way it was built, allowed us to replace the link in 10mins

Congratulations on the Xerox Creativity and Rockwell Automation Innovation in Control Awards!

I loved your drive it was awesome! You were also able to do a lap in hybrid it was really nice to see it swerve around those corners!
