Regarding the cheesing: arn't you cutting a little close (literally...)?
the space between those holes seems very very thin!

Have you fully planned everything in CAD with your robot at this point?
The reason I ask this, is because swiss-cheesing a robot at this early in the game without knowing what will be mounted on it along the way is not the best of ideas imho.
We've prematurely swiss-cheesed chassis other years, only to have a nice hole right where we want to mount something.
CAD planning can help avoid that, but since most team's don't use that to it's full potential, swiss-cheesing at the last week, as opposed to the first week, is probably the best way to go.
Just wondering why you chose to make so many holes so soon.

We mount everything on the 1 inch lip, nothing will go on the cheese sides. We could still screw up though, we are crossing our fingers

Me and my brother (GUI) were wondering if you thought about bumpers for the front(?) two corners? We rechecked the rules on bumpers; <R08> A requires each segment to be at least 6" long, <R08> I requires all exterior corners to have bumpers, and <R08> M says the entire length of the bumper needs to be supported by the robot structure. I can't tell exactly what's going on there, so you may want to recheck those ones 
Other than that, that's one beast frame!
I love the cheese-holing job! Is there a specific reason you kept the long and narrow orientation of the drive train?

Woody1458Awesome frame! I have long been trying to convince my team to do a fiber glass frame. 1 point however, using idler wheels (as it appears you will on the front) will take weight away from your drive wheels reducing your friction that could help you accelerate.

A nice looking robot as usual from 842. I expect to see a similar chassis design in many of the effective scorers at AZ (and everywhere) this year.
Now I have to ponder, what goes on top of this?
