My team has yet to discus building a practice trailer for the robot.
So I was wondering if you did anything to make the trailer easier to build?
Also, could you estimate the max number of orbit balls a trailer can hold inside the PVC? (aka, not speared on the PVC)

The top and bottom plates of the trailer are the same except for the cutouts for the wheels and holes for mounting the wheel blocks on the bottom plate. Clamping the two pieces together to cut and drill them should help things line up even if your tolerances are poor.
