For teams that don't have the means to make this part (and have money to spend), it's available through andymark for $15 each. They also incorporate the keyway that you need.

Our team purchased this flange, and it is very helpful. Much better then machining our own part.

keyway? great for power transmission, however, with the low friction this year, you really don't need more than a set screw jammed into the axle or key way cut, were even using a press fit on our sleeves
