ironbearswhat spindle speed did you have that at. unless yours is like ours (only 500 rpm) then you should either spin it faster or move it slower. saves on time

run it slow(table speed) and at like 1200 rpm on the spindle
remember it's cnc so there no race to get it done, stick a green horn in front of it and tell them to hit the estop if things get exciting

Hal9000A belt sander or fly cutter could get rid of a majority of those burrs

did i go a little fast...yes i did...does it matter to me...nope..
We are having some issues with the mill and CAM software not communicating very well. Have been trying to fix the issue with the company...but until then...its guess and check.
