I'm really proud of this team no matter what. MORT got involved a bit late in the process....

Andy LVery nice dumper it looks like. Few questions.
How do the balls move up into the hopper? and how does the dumping mechanism work?
Overall very good looking dumper design.

Andrew SchreiberLooks like a very clean and elegant approach to this year's challenge. I like the simplicity of the design, no complicated parts to break. There is something to be said about simplicity, I have seen many a team try to over reach their bounds and end up building a pretty crappy machine. I have seen some very simple machines perform stunningly. I have a feeling this will be one of those machines, not much to go wrong. Get it built and get practicing with it.
Best of luck, I really want to see some pictures of this robot unloading. I hope it is as effective as I think it will be.

roboticWanderorone of my favorite designs this year, simple, effective, and well constructed (from the looks of it). it only requires a simple belt system and a door to take advantage of the split second you have to hit another team's trailer, good work!

hillalei have a feeling these style bots are going to be fewer and farther between than i'd like, but they will kick some serious bot with proper driver training.
