Phil Sica Being Awarded NASA/VCU WFFA
Phil Sica, mentor for Chantilly Robotics, Team 612, is awarded the Woodie Flowers Finalist Award at the 2009 NASA/VCU Regional in Richmond, VA. With this award, Team 612 totals three WFFA-winning mentors, the other individuals being Marty Rothwell, who won last year at the 2008 Buckeye Regional, and Jerry Skene, who won at the 2006 Chesapeake Regional.
