1398 on a Richland One van
The other day at lunch, I noticed that a school district work van was parked at the restaurant. It's common practice for Richland One to put their notable programs and people on the sides of their vehicles--in this case, the two-time Regional Chairman's Award winners at Keenan High School. Naturally, I got a photo.
