Our district has kicked in with a new CNC Mill. It is also waiting on electricity

That is a nice mill. i did some research, and the specs say that it can mill titanium!

It's really more of a matter of tooling, feeds, speeds, and DOC than the machine itself.

Anyhow, definitely post back and let us know how that machine is working out for you. I've heard a lot of good, and a little not so good about the machine. Interesting to see school districts spending money on things like that these days. You wouldn't think they'd have it.

Aaron,
Ask Mr. Sperry to look into it. Now that he is establishing a robotics curriculum at Anderson, there's probably a growing wish list of machines and equipment in process.

Mr. Sperry can contact Mr. Bertucci and ask him how this came about. From my understanding, it started with a wish list. No kidding.
