Six wheels, yes, but only four go on the robot at the same time. The other two are spares.

Care to explain how you got the 8" diameter figure (which is pretty much correct, considering the wheels are 200mm diameter)?

Since a few people got interested in our manufacturing process and we're using something similar this year, here's a video of a student turning one of the rollers for our mecanum wheels:

Thanks for the video, looked kind of like doing pottery as the roller was shaved away.
