Woah, at first I thought this was a picture from our team; we have some ABS bracketry that looks eerily similar. Ours is for our spring and telescoping arm though. I don't have a good guess for yours though.

First off, we are not done. Our team missed two weeks of build season because of the weather. 
EricH was closest when he said that these were motor mounts. They're actually piston mounts for our kicking device.
