National Instruments was awarded the 2009 Founder's Award - a beautiful and intricate clock. During the team retreat this past summer, I asked Danny Diaz if we could take the students to the area where N.I. was displaying the award, the banner, and the 2009 Chairman's plaque and medal that the team had given to N.I. I wanted to show the team the partnership of sponsors and FIRST in a very real way. As you can see, several of the students were very interested in the beautiful clock and how it works.

The clock will travel back to the Championships to be given to the very deserving 2010 recipient.
