PingPongPersonHow are the modules connected to the chassis? Is there a bearing or something inside the metal block holding the module?

Each Revolution module has a bushing mount that is designed to be clamped in place. It's hidden beneath the clamp pictured.
See our product page for drawings and models. We now also offer a more standard plate style mounting solution for this product. Thanks for the interest.
