Hartburn 2009 Robot in Google SketchUp

I know this is old, but I just got a new computer and was setting up my "sketchup library" on my new computer and found a CAD of my 2009 robot. I thought this screenshot was pretty cool looking so I posted it.

Last year I spent about a month creating about half of the FRC KoP in SketchUp.

Have you uploaded any of the components to the 3D Warehouse? You should! I know we can't be the only two FIRSTers who use Sketchup, and it would be nice to have more precise-dimensioned parts to use.

A while ago I ended up making a CIM motor (to the closest specifications I could find, as I didn't have a motor on hand) and I put it up there, hoping that someone might be able to use it.

Indeed, I was planning to do some designing with sketchup this year. Perhaps we should all work together to for a KOP library in sketchup?

I would be willing to work on something like this.....

I will try to upload some of the parts soon...... but they aren't exact, they are close, but more conceptual in nature and provide a decent representation of the parts.....

Also thank you all for the compliments.....
