Great looking crew there!
I'm impressed that you got everyone together for a photo. 
I have no idea why, but trying to take team photos reminds me of herding cats. Obviously, you guys know the herding secret. What are the trophies/awards that you are holding in the photo?

If my memory serves me correctly, they are Rookie Inspiration and Highest Rookie Seed.
