I see a 25 chain sprocket with maybe ~40-50 teeth and maybe a miter gear at the bottom.

EDIT: nope, you wouldn't put bolts through a driver's diaphragm.

Is it by any chance related to your mini bot? I feel like I have seen this on an FTC or vex kit but I am not exactly sure.
