Hanging a tube at a pre-ship competition

Our first tube hung in a match with this robot! As it is now, we can easily get the two outer pegs on the top row, but need to move a limit switch to get full travel for the highest peg.
Oh, and the elevator take just over 2 seconds for a full lift from the floor.
