That's a really interesting question, but assuming that it's not a new car... it's not a Malibu. The Malibu has a different LCD screen, and the font for the speedo and RPMs is different. As well, that just looks a lot less modern than the new Malibu's dashboard.

I drive a '10 Malibu almost every day.

The wiper controls do seem Toyota-ish and I've seen similarly deep set dial/indicator panels on Toyotas.
