Mouse Tracking Isometric View

This is my proposal to implement laser mouse based position tracking on a robot. It is not a finished CAD, just an illustration, that red mouse will actually be this mouse (http://store.razerzone.com/store/razerusa/en_US/pd/ThemeID.26460500/productID.231103900/categoryId.35208800), the white piece a piece of plastic, milled into a rough shape on a CNC and finished with a sander. The transparent piece is actually magical transparent sheet aluminum, to be mounted to the robot. The mouse is held against the floor with compression springs.
