The True Reasoning Behind The 2011 Size Requirements

We took a bus with a wheel chair elevator to a demonstration today, and discovered that the robot fit exactly inside the rectangle with the bumpers on.

I believe we discovered the true reasoning behind the size requirements, along with being able to fit through doorways.
