A week or two ago I was talking to my schools pricipal and brought up GUS, he asked me to explain a little more, so I did. But, like many, did not understand the whole concept of FIRST, so I asked him if I could bring the robots to the school and demo them during the lunch waves, he agreed without missing a beat and we set a date. Two days ago I picked the robots up from GUS' shop (with my buddy's truck) and heading for school, everything well extremely well and we manged to get about 20 e-mail addresses of kids who were interested in the team, and every teacher that walked by was thoroughly impressed. I'm proud to say I'm a member of this team, I love doing demos like this.
