This was nothing short of amazing. Somehow pulling a triple balance off within 15 seconds... Just wow. Thanks to 85 and 910 for being great alliance partners and making this possible

Unfortunately our robot tipped attempting the triple balance in match 3 but no damage was sustained. Let's see more triple balancing at State.

All footage are of the courtesy of Ryan Quellet, mentor & alumni of team 85.

It was a blast playing with you guys, 1918 and 85. What a fun time and some unbelievable finishes! Great "behind the wall" strategy changes to pull a win out at the last second.

Thanks to the whole Western Michigan volunteer team and all those who hosted the event, including Robodawgs with their awesome team social for us "out of towners" Friday night. Our kids had a blast!

Here's a picture I shot of one of the triple balances. It took 8 seconds from us entering the ramp as bot #3 until balance. Yikes! Well, it WAS St. Patricks Day ya know!

Thanks again!
John

And no balancing "tools" were used either - just some good old fashioned white knuckle driving!
