Robot Pull Boat
You have seen tractor pulls, truck pulls, lawn mower pulls ive even seen tricycle pulls but now a robot pull? This is my first crack at my robot pull boat took around 24 hours to concept and cad this first draft

cool idea and id love to see it done. but i think you need to look at plans for a pedal tractor sled.
start with an axle you have like a lawn mower or atv!!
our robot did a pedal tractor pull and had no problem with like 160lbs in the box

Tractor pull sleds have a mechanism that makes them progressively harder to pull over distance.
