Isn't that an end mill for rough cuts/speed cuts? Then again, it doesn't look like these parts have any press fits, so it's probably okay. Those parts look pretty fancy

By the looks of it, the roughing end mill was used to cut out the final piece. The inside cuts seem to have a nicer finish. This may have also been before a finishing cut.

This makes more sense. I haven't used our CNC much, I usually use the manual mills, so CNC techniques are sometimes a bit foreign to me, though I get the general concept and am proficient on our two knee mills.

This is nothing, you should see the nanometer sized razor blades from hell covered in oil (so they stick to you) that our router makes.

No problem, just make an eddy field generator and do what they do in recycling plants.

Maybe if they put a big, thick garbage bag behind it, then it would be productive.
