pmangels17Isn't that an end mill for rough cuts/speed cuts? Then again, it doesn't look like these parts have any press fits, so it's probably okay. Those parts look pretty fancy

Redo91By the looks of it, the roughing end mill was used to cut out the final piece. The inside cuts seem to have a nicer finish. This may have also been before a finishing cut.

This is nothing, you should see the nanometer sized razor blades from hell covered in oil (so they stick to you) that our router makes.
