My baby is almost complete.
Team 2517's first swerve modular about 30 minutes from being robot ready. The rest will all be ready for robot by Saturday. Thank you team #1640 for the designs base principles (the yoke looks almost identical), and Team Mean Machine #2471 for the design concepts for upper portions and the robots frame. The upper tube was machined on a manual mill out of a 2x3 .25 think piece of extrusion planed down to 1/8th on 3 sides. With most of the parts for the yoke being done on a CNC machine. All tuning was done on a manual machine. All that is left is to put one the sides for the yoke and chains and belts for driving. (steering is complete)
