Very nice, what is the arm made of? It looks like the inner part was milled out I'm guessing using CNC? Was the whole part cut on a mill or was the outer cut done on something else?

All of our sheet metal comes from a generous sponsor named Muza Metal Products and is lazer cut. The Black part is HDPE and was milled in house on our own cnc router table that we build over the summer.

I thought it was a plastic of some sort. Have you used it previously? Do you like it better than working aluminum?

You guys always have a gorgeous robot. I'm excited to see the final robot in Milwaukee! (Or Sussex, if your team is going to that)
