In accordance with the physical nature of this year's game, we made some seriously solid bumpers. The plywood is held together with riveted aluminum brackets and reinforcing 1x1" tubing which doubles as the mounting interface. The result is the toughest U-bumper I have ever seen, the ends don't budge a bit under force. If I sound a bit proud of them, it could be because I worked about 15 hours overnight making them.

Other details: velcro based reversibility, standard 1000D Cordura fabric secured with L-channel, sewn on laser cut team numbers, 45 degree cut noodles for crisp corners, weighs approximately 18lbs including mounting parts.
