cglrcngThat is so cool Ledge.....And not once anywhere in the promo for the true to life movie, did I notice anyone wearing the absolutely REQUIRED all important safety glasses....Anywhere!
Your team should be proud though. every team should take a few hours out during build season to go see it (though a December release date would have been a much preferrable date...January? Really? Some Target audience input was really needed there huh? (Just thinking about all the FRC Teams that may not see it until later in the season due to build season time constraints...And all that potential possible lost revenue from a creators standpoint is all
).
Congrats. again to the Carl Hayden Team!

Fredi, I never realized how much you look like George Lopez!
I don't see many movies (I prefer the books...) but this is one I'll travel to see if necessary.

HallryFredi, I just finished reading the Spare Parts book (which was really the only thing I wanted for Christmas. You can borrow it if you want, Don) ahead of the movie. Truly an inspirational story; can't wait to see the film on the big screen.

The book an the movie don't follow each other really. But a lot of stuff overlaps. The book is more inclusive of the time before and after the ROV competition. The movie is just the competition...
