I think you will have a very hard time convincing the referees that our human player not being tall enough to optimally throw the LITTER is a disability.

The alliance wall is only 6' 6". Any person over 5' tall should have no problem throwing over that.

You are allowed hand tools. If you stand on your hands (with the stilts) and throw with your feet, you should be legal.
