We didn't have any, so making these plates was a quicker option. Plus, these plates play into how we tension our elevator chain. We are satisfied with their performance, and plan to keep them for our final design.

Looks good! A very neat solution. Did you use a CNC to make those or just a manual mill?

CNC. I'm sure a team with a manual mill can accomplish this with a small enough end mill.
