Go to Post Ken Leung is the most efficient sleeper I know. Standing up, at the scoring table, during the pig roast, whatever. That guy can sleep! - Paul Copioli [more]

Features:

Can build stacks of six with recycling container from landfill or feeder station.

Secondary un-powered elevator stabilizes the stack in the robot.

Elevator can travel from top to bottom in under 1 second.

Stacking is automated for maximum speed.

Dual wheel intakes can handle totes with up to 90 degrees of misalignment and stabilizes totes when loading from the feeder station.

4 CIM drivetrain is geared to 11.4 FPS

We will be competing at the Windsor Essex Great lakes regional

Wow. When you guys got practiced you were one of the fastest landfill stackers at waterloo. Can't wait to see what you do in the future.

We ran into a lot of kinks at Waterloo but this was one of our better matches http://watchfirstnow.com/archives/122868691

We also tried out human loading in this match, we only found out we had the ability to human load earlier that morning so lining up took forever but we were still able to put up two six stacks. We're working on some programming changes to speed up alignment for Windsor.

And believe it or not, we've close to doubled our stacking speed, with increased bin reliability & alignment fixes. Stacking is also 100% automated, all our driver does is pull a trigger and drive in the general vicinity of totes before the intake sucks em up and they get stacked.
