Team 1058's 2015 Robot: Phat Stacks
Introducing our 2015 Robot, Phat Stacks! We've made it to elims at both of our District Events and have qualified for the New England Championships.
Phat Stacks is designed to be a human player fed robot, to make stacks of any height easily. We build the stack inside our robot and push it onto one tote already on the scoring platform. We've been making changes all season, and still are before NE champs. Here is a video of our best stack on the field: http://youtu.be/Uuph9v8srww
On the practice field, our fastest stack (from picking up an RC to fully scored) took only 58 seconds. We're improving every match.
We're hoping to make a full robot "reveal" video after the season when we can unbag. Definitely one of the nicest robots we've built.
