Team 115's mechanical division is doing multiple CAD projects over the summer. My project was a 2-speed West Coast Drive, and this is the custom dog shifter gearbox I made for the chassis.
JVN Calculations (Hope I used this correctly...):
Gear Pitch: 20p
Driving Gear: 12
Driven Gear: 40
High Driving Gear: 24
High Driven Gear: 40
High Speed: 16.68 ft/s
Low Driving Gear: 14
High Driven Gear: 50
Low Speed: 7.78 ft/s
