Reddit does NSFW for things that are "really outstanding" (ex clean wiring and clean tool boxes etc) not necessary the usual NSFW type stuff.

Basically if its something really beautiful or really nice within a niche category (for instance really (subjectively) sexy food people will post it with an "NSFW" tag.)

For this because the tools are really nicely lined up (again, subjectively sexy) he tagged it as NSFW.

This comment from reddit (100% reliable... right?) explains the origin well.

Humorously enough, my team also marks frequently used allen wrenches with a red band.

We don't sort them though; the red paint band makes it easy enough to find.

Our team had the wonderful idea of taping bright red electrical tape around the hex keys. Makes them really easy to find!

Whenever we buy a set of tools, we look for those that are already color coded.

We put a thin band of green tiger stripe tape on the handle of all the metric wrenches. This makes sorting the wrench drawer go at least 4 times as fast as before. First pass - tiger stripes to left, no stripes to right. Then order each side by size. You can do it without reading a single number. In fact, many of the wrenches now get put back at least close to where they belong.

All our different sizes are color coded. with some paint. It's easier to tell our kids to grab a certain color than a size.
