Official 3946 gonfalon (reduced resolution version)
A jpg rendering of the official 3946 gonfalon. It's already printed; we still have to make the supporting structure. They didn't really leave enough room for history patches, but we'll squeeze Bayou in over the large 9 and hoping to have to fit CMP in between the 4s.
