Unless I'm seeing this incorrectly I would say no because your bumpers are actually inside of the frame perimeter which is defined by the angle below the bumpers.

alicenI agree with the post above, but also, what is the length on that bumper segment? It doesn't look like it's at least 8" to me, but that could be a trick of the perspective.
