Triple Scale IRI Q101
Triple scales have been very rare, even at IRI. I think this is the only one recorded during IRI qualifying matches.
There were three more that I can recall, all by the #2 alliance (1114, 195, 225) in SF2-1, SF2-2, and F1. The one in the finals may be the only time an alliance has recorded a triple scale while losing the match.

Q95 of IRI was the first triple scale at IRI (and the alliance lost the match).

I still think tripling-while-losing is pretty rare.

I also recall several near misses too (3 hangs, but one didn't quite count).
