This paper presents the Lazy Mentor Training System, a curriculum and process designed to give students skills and self confidence, in the hope that mentors can be lazier.
The Skunkworks Safety and Health Program (SSHP) consists of four elements. No one element is more important than the others because the entire program must function in unison to be successful. These elements are: Coach/Mentor Commitment and Team Involvement, Shop and Pit Job Safety Analysis, Hazard Prevention and Control, and Training and Education. It is expected that this criteria will be adhered to by the coach, mentors and team.
