130% battery required to acquire robot code on bootup

Hey all, I don’t post much so I apologize if this is in the wrong spot or format.
Throughout the build season we have run into a problem where if we boot the robot up and the battery is at less than 125% (battery beak reading) the robot code light on the drive station won’t turn green. Comms are still fine and once the robot acquires code (on bootup) the robot runs fine. It doesn’t drop out when the battery runs down, just requires a perfect battery for initial connection.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Are any of your power rails shorted? The DS lower left button would be red if that is the case. There would also be info in the DS log file.

I have to ask if you are powering the RoboRio from the dedicated power connectors on the PDP and if the red and yellow fuses on the PDP are fully seated?
