Glad to see another team with a defensive strategy! What brought you guys to the decision to have such a low speed gear ratio on your drivetrain (I will assume you are shifting)? You are obviously going to win any pushing match you get into, but could other maneuver away since you are slow? Anyways, I can’t really comment on anything other than the robot speed, but I can’t wait to see what you (really) have in the box (or is this robot just going to be the wooden box of death?) You guys put on an incredible show on Einstein last year, I am so glad I was able to see it in person. It showed how far a defensive robot can go, and how powerful of a strategy it can be.
It may or may not have a 3 speed auto gearbox.
