Love the climber mechanism! It looks really smooth, using the intake mechanism to balance while reaching the traversal bar. Can’t wait to see how well it works on the competition field.

Thanks for the inspiring climb. We always wanted to do the “propeller” climb, once we saw this it changed our direction significantly. Being mostly passive is a great advantage in weight and avoiding other more complex latching mechanisms we considered.
Amazing that you had a great robot ready to reveal by “bag day”.

Thank you for the kind words, We are glad to see all the different implementations of the #swampclimb showing up here late in the season. We really enjoyed making what started as a joke on day one into reality and are glad it has inspired others.
