That is not quite true. In the Florida semi-finals, the 4 seed knocked off the 1 seed. In the finals, the 4 seed was red and the 2 seed was blue. If all the higher seeds WIN then the higher seed is red.

I asked about this in the Florida Regional thread, and here was the response:

In the quarterfinals and semifinals that’s the case. But in the finals the left side of the ladder gets the red side, and the right side of the bracket gets the blue side.

yeah, I would have to disagree. In the final round, my team was on the red alliance with 980 and 580. and against us we had 254, 330, and 4. We were clearly the underdogs, but for some reason we were on the red side? Anyways, the first match they scored 305 when we only scored 30. That was due in part to getting rammed a little bit too hard. But it was a great round.
