As one of the biggest regionals, New York draws many diverse and successful teams! 2265 cannot wait for the 2011 regional and to see who is returning!
(And as a mentor for 395 as well, 2Train cannot wait either!)

Roll Call!
272 Cyber Crusaders. Competing in New York for the first time. Cant wait…
Here comes them Philly Boys.
We are excited to have you!
Feel free to stop by 2265’s or 395’s pit if you need any help/tools or just want to say hello!
Our team is bringing 32 people to the tournament, not including relatives from the area.
500 shell leis, several cases of macnut chocolates, 500 buttons, and bright red aloha shirts.
We have a special meeting next week, just to discuss clothing suggestions for the COLD!!
StuyPulse is coming back and we are excited to defend our title. Our new bot is one of our best and we will release it on the CD community soon enough. No one on the team can wait much longer to compete at Javits again.
You should just power through. I exclusively wear shorts to competition.
Our blood is a little thinner. The kids start wearing jackets when it gets down to 70. Its the walk from the hotel to the Javits that I’m not looking forward to.
It’ll be Spring Break- the weather should get better by then! Projected temperatures in the 60s and 70s as of now, so sweaters and light jackets should be fine!
Though we’ve already seen all but one day of the regional, I thought it would be fun to attempt to predict the outcome anyway. Understand that this is not taking into account the teams’ current positions in the standings. Good luck to all teams tomorrow. The regional is going really well. I know that I am having a blast.

Congrats to 395, 359 and 527 on their NYC Regional win! Well played.
Some members of Team 1676, the Pascack Pi-oneers, went down to NYC for the day, and were very impressed with the regional! Congrats to 395 and their alliance, we were rooting for you! You were very kind and we can’t wait to see you in St. Louis!
Can someone please list the awards won at NYC.
The FIRST website page listing the awards is blank.
Congrats to the regional finalists, 2809, as well. One of Canada’s finest.
They might still be giving them out, you should double-check on the webcast.
They should have listed the awards they gave out yesterday.
Awards are now posted. http://www2.usfirst.org/2011comp/events/NY/awards.html
Congrats to our friends 359 for another regional Chairman’s Award!
