2012 Igus Kit of Parts bag content list

Does anyone have the complete breakdown/list of the exact Igus part numbers, for the 2012 KoP Igus part bag components? It just says “various” in the KoP docs.

Right off the bat, I have an immediate need for more pairs of compatible E-Chain end pieces, to help wire up an upgrade part (we already used ours up). So, I’m specifically interested in the E-Chain part numbers (the chain links, and the two ends for this year), and where to buy more.

Also, is there an Igus FIRST support page, or support email contact? Curiously, I couldn’t find a FIRST support page anywhere at www.igus.com for part numbers and support docs, like you often find for many of the other FIRST part vendors.

BTW… If anyone has full Igus lists for the various previous years KoPs, a wiki page or summary table citing all of the various parts from ALL of the prior years would IMO be darn useful to have. It would allow us to research whether older Igus KoP components are still COTS (and thus still legal in the current contest cycle), as well as to help us find matching parts for Igus components we may already have on hand kicking around (to help us use them up). It would also help us locate the CAD models for them, for inclusion into our robot drawings, to save us modeling time.

Thanks!

I haven’t got this year’s data, but since we used very nearly all the energy chain we had last year, I had to work out exactly what we got in the KOP 2007-2011. It’s been a year since I looked at this, but here’s what I think I know.

2007, P/N 045-20-018-0, 1 meter, Series 45, inner width 20 mm, 18 mm bend radius
2008, P/N 045-10-018-0, 1 meter, Series 45, inner width 10 mm, 18 mm bend radius
2009, P/N 045-10-018-0, 1 meter, Series 45, inner width 10 mm, 18 mm bend radius
2010, P/N 05-4-038-0, 1 meter, Series 5, inner width ? (64 mm?), 38 mm bend radius
2011, P/N 05-4-038-0, 1 meter, Series 5, inner width ? (64 mm?), 38 mm bend radius

Somewhere I also have KOP summary sheet for 2006-2011, but I haven’t found it yet. If I do, I’ll see if I can add 2012 and post it.
