If you tried to get into the Senior Mentor RCA call tonight, they have finally opened it - 15 minutes late.

NEW so far in 2012: **State/District/RCA teams who have “earned” this award will have their written submission posted on the usfirst.org site within a week after “earning”. **
They are trying to get away from the terminology of “winning”.

I was just notified by HQ that this would not be implemented this year.
