1796 looks forward to seeing everyone and letting our robot reach its full potential after a rough NYC regional! Hope everyone rests up these last 2 days!
Team 884 is super excited for SBPLI Good luck to everyone and see you all tomorrow.
Anyone know if there will be a webcast for this event? If so, could you post a link.
Yeah, I went to see some action at NYC. Your alliance did very well. From what I recall they were a very good defensive robot. It’d be something if they won another regional in the same year.
Just wanted to say how awesome all the teams competing at the regional are doing. You guys are def. helping the volunteers keep not only on track but also ahead of things. Without the teams cooperation us volunteers could never keep things going this smooth.
So once again thanks for your performance in the pits and on the field =).
Team 1796 would just like to thank our alliance, teams 358 and 3171 for meshing with us to become the ideal alliance we were thinking of upon picking you guys.I think part of our success lends hand to how well we communicated and worked together both our scouters, our drivers, and then our scouters and drivers working together to establish a working strategy. We truly were one team working towards one goal. To our opponents, you most definitely didn’t make it easy and it was great fun to compete at this regional. Congrats to all who won awards (358 double congrats for chairman’s along with winning!), hope to see many of you st. Louis. As always don’t hesitate to stop by our pit at champs if you need something. Thanks again to everyone for a great regional and a great time!
On behalf of team 358 I’d like to thank everyone for your support, competition, and Gracious Professionalism this past week! Long Island is a special regional with a lot of close teams and friendships.
Special thanks to 1796 and 3171 for their support in helping us make it through all the way. Good luck to those teams heading to St. Louis and congratulations to ALL the SBPLI regional FRC teams for your continuing demonstration of technological inspiration and ingenuity.
FIRST Team 3171: Hurricane P.R.I.D.E. would like to thank FIRST Team 1796: the Robotigers for picking us in their elimination alliance. We would like to congratulate 1796 and 358 and give them both a big thank you. We performed excellently on the field, and more importantly, as a team. We did not have the best robots. We made a few errors here and there. But above all, we had the best bond, the best strategy, and the best mesh out of any alliances we had seen gone up against. We all performed greatly to earn our win. It was great seeing 1796 seed fourth and then take the win after their shaky NYC run. You guys really pulled it together, and we congratulate you upon that. As for 358, we wish you the best in getting to St. Louis, and we wish we could help. Make sure you keep in touch with me. [email protected]- 1796, 358, 3137 and 353, good luck and we hope to see you all in St. Louis!
