2016 Field pictures

There’s a bunch of pictures of the high goal shot with an Axis camera and a ring light that can be used for anyone wanting to experiment with vision processing. You can find the images here:

Hope it helps everyone come up with really cool robot vision code.

Questions:

  • How many light rings?
  • Which camera?

Do you have the corresponding xy locations where the pictures were taken?

This is great! Thanks.

Sorry we weren’t able to capture the coordinates from the camera location where the pictures were taken, and that would change depending on the camera you were using and the lens focal length. The idea was to give everyone something to get them started. Then when you actually get your own camera and light, then you can tweak the parameters to make it work with your setup.

They were taken with an Axis camera and a single ring light. Can’t remember which one.

Thanks! We should set up a big repository with these somewhere.
