I have been workng on a calculator for Android devices to calculate the scores of matches for this years amazing game, and I am proud to share my result, FRC STRONGHOlD CALCULATOR. You can find some screenshots here: http://imgur.com/a/VWTKe
This application was just released on the google play store, and can be downloaded here- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.alexwebber.frc.strongholdcalculator. The app tracks all of the Autonomous and Teleop scoring types, as well as Breached and Captured for ranking points.
I have plans to add Win/Loss/Tie support into the ranking points. Please note that there are no plans for development of an iOS version.
