The 2017 IRI will be Friday and Saturday, July 14 - 15.
Load in will be Thursday Evening, July 13.
The location is back to Lawrence NORTH High School, our location for several years.
(2016 was at Lawrence Central and it was a great facility, except for some robot traffic challenges getting from the pits to the field. We really appreciated the school agreeing to host us when there was construction at Lawrence North.)
I love that the backup plan still beat the majority of off-season venues I’ve been in. Glad to see it’s back at Lawrence North and not back-to-back with Festival of Champions!
Will there be an FTC division this year?
I’m interested in volunteering, but I’m having a hard time finding more information. Could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
Is there any info on the application process?
We are still a few weeks away from team applications and volunteer registration.
We will post and tweet when information is available, and update the IRI website.
Dates on the website now may be a mix of 2016 and 2017.
We will set up on Thursday, but the timing depends on the school schedule and other programs underway that day.
